The Contractor shall provide labor and equipment as specified to perform vegetative management and aerial (Helicopter) herbicide application services to areas as described in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and elsewhere in the contract. Acceptable performance standards and current regulations are provided for each task. The Contractor shall monitor performance and ensure compliance in accordance with the terms and conditions. An aquatic labeled, active ingredient based Imazapyr chemical and an aquatic labeled Methylated Seed Oil product will be provided and shall be used in treatment areas specified in this document.
