This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this acquisition is W912DQ20Q1012 and it is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07 effective 07/02/2020. This RFQ shall be set-aside for small business. The associated North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) code is 336999 and the business size standard is 1000 employees. FAR 52 .212.1 Instructions to Offerors- Commercial does apply to this acquisition with no addenda to the provision. The description of the supply item: CLIN 0001 Amphibious All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) QTY: 1 EACH REQUIRED DELIVERY DATE (RDD): 15 September 2020 Salient Characteristics included (also see attachment) The ATV shall include the following characteristics and configuration: 1. Delivery is FOB. Delivery location: FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation- Commercial items, applies to this acquisition. The specific evaluation criteria are included in paragraph (a) of this provision. (a) The Government will award a purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to this combined synopsis/solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and technical considered. Offerors must include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications- Commercial Items with their offer. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items, does apply to this acquisition with no addenda to the provision.
