Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combination synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this acquisition is W912DQ19R1080 and it is being issued as a Request for Proposal(RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-94 (effective 19 January 2017). This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business concerns. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561730- Landscape Services and the associated small business size standard is $7.5 million. A list of the contract line item numbers and items (CLINs), quantities, and units of measure are detailed in Section B of this combined synopsis/solicitation. A description of requirements (PWS/SOW) for the items to be acquired are detailed in Section C of this combined synopsis/solicitation. System for Award Management In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(k): By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee shall be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. If the Offeror does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror.
