This is a combination synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this acquisition is W912DQ19R1063 and it is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-94 (effective 19 January 2017). This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business concerns. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339920, "Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing" and the associated small business size standard is 750 Employees. The Contractor shall furnish and install new poured in place playground wear layer in accordance with the requirements of this scope of work at three playground locations at the Stockton Lake Project. Work will be completed and playgrounds ready public for use NLT 14 June 2019.
