The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kansas City District has a need for Mowing and Trimming Service, at the Kanopolis Lake Project, in Warsaw, Missouri. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the Mowing and Trimming Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall comply with all Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, statutes and regulations pertaining to the provided services. THIS WAS PREVIOUSLY SYNOPSIZED UNDER SOLICITATION W912DQ19R1036. IT WAS DETERMINED UNAWARDABLE DUE LACK OF FUNDING. PLEASE REVIEW THE PWS AS THE SIZE AND SCOPE HAS BEEN REDUCED SINCE THE LAST CONTRACT.
