Combined Synopsis/Solicitation to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call for Quarry Rock in Support of Various Lake Projects and the Missouri River Offices for the Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District has a need for quarry rock at various lake projects and the Missouri River Offices operated by the District. The Kansas City District intends to award a BPA Call from this combined synopsis/solicitation utilizing full and open competition. This solicitation will also simultaneously be competed amongst our current Master Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Holders. Materials needed: Rock for the Smithville Lake Project Office • 5555 tons of 6-9" Rip Rap • Delivery location is at 16311 County Road DD, Smithville, MO 64089 • Delivery will be on or before 30 September 2019 The Contractor is responsible for supplying and delivering all materials listed under the BPA Call to the location set forth by the Army Corps of Engineers' lake projects or river offices. To be considered for award, all prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) or https://sam.gov/portal/SAM/#1. If you are interested in submitting a quote for the following material, and you have a current Master BPA with the Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, submit a quote for the exact material, include delivery charges/fees, check to make sure that your SAMs registration is active and up-to-date, and include a current price list that is valid until the end of the calendar year if you have not sent one already. If you are interested in submitting a quote for the following material and you do not have a current Master BPA with the Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, submit a quote for the exact material, include delivery charges/fees, make sure you are registered in SAMS, and include a current price list that is valid until the end of the calendar year. When this information is received, a Master BPA Agreement will be made with your organization, and sent over for approval. Once a Master BPA Agreement is established with your firm, the quote submitted will be considered valid. The total ordering capacity under each BPA shall not exceed $5,000,000.00 and no call issued under any of the BPAs shall exceed $250,000.00. Each BPA shall be valid for a period of five years or when the total dollar amount of all calls issued under the BPA reaches $5,000,000.00, whichever comes first. Offers submitting a new price list should refer to Table 1 of this document for a list of materials that are needed to support lake and river operations. Prices are to be listed in the format provided in Table 1. Prices should be listed per ton and should not include any fees for delivery. If an Offeror does not wish to provide one or more of the products listed in Table 1, the Offeror should write "NA" in place of the price per ton for that particular product. If an Offeror wishes to add more products to Table 1, the Offeror is encouraged to do so. Prices submitted shall remain good through 31 December of this year. Subsequently, prices will be updated annually and remain good for a period of at least one year. Prices and quotes are to be submitted to Mr. David Tibbs at david.a.tibbs@usace.army.mil by 3:00 PM CST, 24 May 2019. No facsimile submittals will be accepted.
