SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor is responsible for supplying, delivering, providing training, and testing a fully functioning cutter suction head dredge. When complete, the new cutter suction head dredge will operate out of Harlan County Reservoir, Republican City, Nebraska to maintain silt levels.
