Truman Dam and Reservoir located at Warsaw, MO ... The US Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation for construction services for the Harry S. Truman Dam and Reservoir located at Warsaw, MO titled “Long Shoal Electric Upgrade”. The RFQ will result in the award of a single firm-fixed price (FFP) construction contract. Work includes installation of electrical distribution panels, R.V. pedestals, wire and conduit and pull boxes; trenching/boring; and installation of all incidental materials to complete the work. Provide in proposal all plant, labor, equipment, and all materials (not listed as Government Furnished) necessary for a complete installation. Various Government Furnished Material will be provided. It will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. This project will be advertised as 100% Small Business set-aside. In accordance with FAR 36.204 and DFARS 236.204, the estimate magnitude if this construction project is: Between $100,000 and $250,000 This procurement is a competitive small business set aside utilizing the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238210 (Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors). The estimate performance period for completion of construction is 150 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). At this time, no Pre-Solicitation Conference is planned for this solicitation. If the Government does elect to hold a Pre-Solicitation Conference, the Pre-Solicitation Announcement will be modified accordingly. There will not be organized site visit planned for this solicitation. The details will be included in the solicitation. Proposals will be due the day and time specified in the solicitation. The solicitation is expected to be available within the next 60 days.
