Provide construction quality assurance services and support to supplement US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) personnel conducting Quality assurance (QA) tasks for the ENAPROC Facility project located in Mexico City, Mexico. Project assignments will require performance on the ENAPROC construction site and in an office setting. Assignments will include, but are not limited to, Construction Management/QA tasks, scheduling, cost estimating, contract management support, technical submittal reviews, and project documentation. Services vary in nature and will not exceed the duration of the construction contract, which is 365 days from Notice to Proceed. Contractors shall work under the USACE Fort Riley Resident Office Team leader/Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO) for the administration of the construction contract in accordance with (IAW) the attched Peformance Work Statement (PWS).
