This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this acquisition is W912DQ-20-R-1037and it is being issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-04 (effective 15 January 2020). This acquisition is unrestricted. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562111 and the associated small business size standard is $41.5 million. A Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, labor, supplies, and services to provide, place, empty, clean/or repaint refuse containers at Clinton Lake, near Lawrence, Kansas. The Contractor shall comply with all Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, statutes and regulations pertaining to the collection, transportation, and disposal of refuse and shall obtain such permits, licenses or other authorizations as may be required.
