This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this acquisition is W912DQ-19-R-1014 and it is being issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-84. This RFP shall be set aside for small businesses and the associated North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) code is 561730, "Landscaping Services" and the business size standard is $7,500,000.00.
