The contractor shall provide and setup 8 generators in locations specified by MSG Wayne Allen as shown in PWS paragraph 1.3 The contractor provided, setup, and ensured fully operational status within 12 hours of the beginning of the period of performance. Minimum acceptable level is 100% of generators will comply with initial setup requirements. One time 100 percent inspection completed by MSG Wayne Allen or assigned alternate. PRS # 2 The contractor shall provide and setup 6 portable latrines with 3 hand washing stations in locations specified by MSG Wayne Allen or alternate. The contractor provided, setup, and ensured fully operational status within 12 hours of the beginning of the period of performance. Minimum acceptable level is 100% of latrines will comply with initial setup requirements. One time 100 percent inspection completed by MSG Wayne Allen or assigned alternate. PRS # 3 The contractor shall provide and setup 6 self-powered light sets in locations specified by MSG Wayne Allen or alternate. The contractor provided, setup, and ensured fully operational status prior to the first period of darkness at the beginning of the period of performance. Minimum acceptable level is 100% of light sets will comply with initial setup requirements. One time 100 percent inspection completed by MSG Wayne Allen or assigned alternate. PRS # 4 The contractor shall provide and place one 10cyd dumpster in location specified by MSG Wayne Allen or alternate. The contractor provided and placed within 12 hours of the beginning of the period of performance. Minimum acceptable level is 100% of dumpster placement will comply with initial setup requirements. One time 100 percent inspection completed by MSG Wayne Allen or assigned alternate. PRS # 5 The contractor shall provide service for 8 generators to include maintenance and daily refueling (fuel burn rate should be calculated for 24-hour continuous operation on all generators). The contractor ensured continual fully operational status and proper cleanup of any hazardous material spills throughout the period of performance. Minimum acceptable level is no more than 30 minutes downtime for routine maintenance or 120 minutes for non-routine maintenance. One time 100 percent inspection completed by MSG Wayne Allen or assigned alternate. PRS # 6 The contractor shall provide service for 6 portable latrines with 3 hand washing stations to include daily pumping of black and grey water and refilling of water, cleaning, resupply of toilet paper, and removal of trash. The contractor ensured continual fully operational status, proper level of supplies of supplies on hand, and cleanliness throughout the period of performance. Minimum acceptable level is no more than 1 valid customer complaint. One time 100 percent inspection completed by MSG Wayne Allen or assigned alternate. PRS # 7 The contractor shall provide service for 6 light sets to include maintenance and daily refueling. The contractor ensured continual fully operational status and proper cleanup of any hazardous material spills throughout the period of performance. Minimum acceptable level is no more than 5 minutes of outage during non-daylight hours. One time 100 percent inspection completed by MSG Wayne Allen or assigned alternate. PRS # 8 The contractor shall remove all provided equipment at conclusion of contract. The contractor removed all provided equipment and properly cleaned site of any hazardous material spills and residue at the completion of period of performance. Minimum acceptable level is all provided equipment is removed and sites free of hazardous materials and residue within 96 hours of end of performance period. One time 100 percent inspection completed by MSG Wayne Allen or assigned alternate. PRS # 9 The contractor shall provide a list of all personnel performing under this contract. The contractor provided the government representative digital list of all personnel performing under this contract every time there is a change of personnel. Minimum acceptable level is 100% compliance. One time 100 percent inspection completed by MSG Wayne Allen or assigned alternate. TECHNICAL EXHIBIT 2 Daily refueling for Generators (to ensure continuous 24-hour operation for all generators). Daily pumping of black and grey water and refilling of water for flushing and handwashing. Daily cleaning of latrines, resupply of toilet paper, and removal of trash. Weekly removal of trash from dumpster.
