This is a 100% small business set-aside solicitation for a firm-fixed-price requirements contract to provide manpower, equipment, and supervision for warranty repairs to Sprung Structures. The work will be performed at three 60’ x 120’ Sprung Structures located at Donnelly Training Area ISB near Fort Greely, AK (Fort Wainwright). The contractor must be a Sprung Structures ‘Preferred Contractor’ and will conduct repairs under the direction of an OEM technical representative, including membrane/insulation repairs, furnace and overhead door servicing, electrical system repairs, conduit burial, and ceiling insulation retention system fixes. All repairs must be completed no later than 31 October 2026, with on-site or virtual site visits available for assessment. No budget amount is specified for this requirement.
