The U.S. Army, 413th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Office – Alaska intends to award a firm fixed price single-source contract to Wolf Creek Federal Services, Inc. for the period of six-months, with two three-month options. The proposed contract is in support of U.S. Army Alaska, Fort Greely - Base Support Services. The services include, but not limited to; custodial services, airfield operations support and services, hazardous and non-hazardous waste removal, facility services, environmental support, and GIS operations. Award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b), the procedures at FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and the procedures at FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The purpose of this notice is to satisfy the requirements of FAR subpart 5.2. This notice of intent is for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code - 561210 Facilities Support Services with a size standard of $47,000,000.00 applies to this announcement.
