Barge is required to ship all equipment from Anchorage, AK to Old Harbor, AK at the beginning of the mission and then return back to Old Harbor, AK to transport all engineer equipment back to Anchorage, AK at completion of the mission. Reminder that all loading, unloading, blocking and bracing of all equipment on the barge is the contractor responsibility.
