The efficient operation of the Automated Logic Direct Digital Control System which controls the energy management system of the HVAC system is crucial for patient care and comfort at the Troop Clinic on JBER, AK. Contractor shall provide materials, labor, and equipment necessary to perform quarterly database back-up, install software updates and patches, and generate an alarm report to the facility manager. Technical support, computerized training and annual functional tests of the system shall be provided to verify proper system operation and to anticipate any issues prior to a potential failure. Software updates to include both proprietary software and firmware updates shall also be included in this maintenance program.
