The Contractor shall provide... ***THE ENTIRETY OF THE PROJECT IS TO BE COMPLETED IN INTERIOR ALASKA*** The U.S. Army Garrison at Fort Wainwright has a requirement to extend the canopy for building 1064. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and storage as required to perform all work in accordance with specifications, commercial practices and industry standards. See statement of work (SOW) and attachments for further information. A site visit will be conducted on 20 March 2019@ 1:30 pm. Alaska Time (AKT) at BLDG 3015, Department of Public Works (DPW), Facilities Management Conference Room, Fort Wainwright, Alaska. Failure to attend the site visit listed in FAR Clause 52.236-27 in order identify obvious site conditions does not constitute a valid claim for differing or unforeseen site conditions. Any questions must be submitted by e-mail to the point of contact below no later than 22 March 2019 @ 4:30 pm AKT. All questions will be responded to through FedBizOpps.gov (FBO) only. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 to $50,000 Quotes must be received electronically at darnell.m.holliman.civ@mail.mil. No other method of quote submission will be accepted. Adobe (.pdf) and Microsoft (.doc) are acceptable formats for submitting Quotes. The electronic file must be under 8MB total to ensure it can be received by e-mail.
