The U.S. Government intends to procure non-personal Base Life Support services, including latrines, tents, waste disposal, and facility management, for personnel in Port Moresby, Lae, and Wewak, Papua New Guinea. This is a pre-solicitation notice for planning purposes only. The subsequent solicitation will be issued on a limited competitive basis directly to existing Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) holders. Companies interested in becoming future BPA holders should contact the designated Point of Contact, as agreements are reviewed annually and new holders may be added.
