The requirement is Bird Deterrent Mitigation Services. The objective of this project is for the Contractor to provide approved pesticides, labor, and equipment necessary to apply a bird deterrent on Bassett Army Community Hospital and outlying clinics’ exterior overhangs and windowsills. All work performed by the Contractor shall be in compliance with all known and applicable Federal, State, and U.S Army regulations and laws, and standard industry practices for this work. In the event of conflict between regulatory guidance, Federal law(s) shall govern. The supplies provided under this contract is necessary to ensure continuous, safe, and reliable waste disposal that supports the customer’s mission. See Attached SOW
