This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W912D0-23-R-0004 and incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-02, effective 16 March 2023. The NAICS code is 811310 with a standard size of $12.5M. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Requirements Contract to provide inspections, maintenance and repair services for Elevators, Lifts and Platforms at Fort Wainwright (FWA), Fort Greely (FGA), and Eielson Air Force Base (EAFB), Alaska. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR 6.203, Set-asides for small business concerns.
