This is a solicitation for Project # ANG-17014-7J Install Aircraft Tie Downs, B2077, Fort Wainwright, Alaska. B. The U.S. Army has a requirement to perform installation of 18 Aircraft tie down points in existing Apron at Building 2077. Work involves cutting concrete, placing concrete, rebar, and grounding. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and storage as required to perform all work in accordance with specifications, commercial practices and industry standards. See statement of work (SOW) and attachments for further information. C. A site visit will be conducted on 10 May 2021, 10:00 AM Alaska Time. See solicitation document for more information regarding the site visit visit including instructions to RSVP. Site Map is provided in attachments. Failure to attend the site visit listed in FAR Clause 52.236-27 Alt I in order to identify obvious site conditions does not constitute a valid claim for differing or unforeseen site conditions. D. The period of performance for this project is 90 calendar days after receiving a notice to proceed (NTP). NTP will be issued 10 days after the date the contract is awarded. F. The disclosure of magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000 in accordance with FAR 36.204(b). G. This acquisition is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside based upon North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220, size standard of $39.5 million. H. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this project. I. This solicitation is issued electronically. It is only available via the official beta.SAM.gov website.
