Amendment 0001 is issued 20 MAY 2021: The purpose of the amendment is to address contractor questions following the site visit and update the wage determination. See solictation amendment document (SF30) W912D0-21-Q-0003 P0001 Amendment 0001, revised SOW dated 20 MAY 21, Contractor Questions and Government responses, and Attachment 5 Wage Determination dated 7 MAY 21 for details. ***THE ENTIRETY OF THE PROJECT IS TO BE COMPLETED IN INTERIOR ALASKA*** A. This is a solicitation for Project # ANG-17014-7J Install Aircraft Tie Downs, B2077, Fort Wainwright, Alaska. B. The U.S. Army has a requirement to perform installation of 18 Aircraft tie down points in existing Apron at Building 2077. Work involves cutting concrete, placing concrete, rebar, and grounding. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and storage as required to perform all work in accordance with specifications, commercial practices and industry standards. See statement of work (SOW) and attachments for further information. C. A site visit will be conducted on 10 May 2021, 10:00 AM Alaska Time. See solicitation document for more information regarding the site visit visit including instructions to RSVP. Site Map is provided in attachments. Failure to attend the site visit listed in FAR Clause 52.236-27 Alt I in order to identify obvious site conditions does not constitute a valid claim for differing or unforeseen site conditions. D. Any questions must be submitted by e-mail to the point of contact below no later than 13 May 2021 by 10:00 AM Alaska Time. All questions will be responded to through beta.sam.gov (GPE) only. E. The period of performance for this project is 90 calendar days after receiving a notice to proceed (NTP). NTP will be issued 10 days after the date the contract is awarded. F. The disclosure of magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000 in accordance with FAR 36.204(b). G. This acquisition is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside based upon North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220, size standard of $39.5 million. H. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this project. I. This solicitation is issued electronically. It is only available via the official beta.SAM.gov website. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package as no paper copies will be furnished. Potential offerors shall register at beta.SAM.gov in order to receive notifications and/or changes to solicitation. J. All offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database in order to be considered for award.
