The contractor will be... This acquisition is for the delivery and setup of a mobile trailer at BACH to be used for COVID testing. The duration of the rental is 12 months from the time of contract award. The contractor will be required to deliver the trailer and set it up at BACH. The trailer must have two rooms and have insulation appropriate to the climate at Fort Wainwright during the winter. There must be at least two exterior doors, 36” with relight and keyed lock. There must be a 100-amp single phase disconnect and panel, NEC Approved electrical system and wiring conduit. The building must come with 4000-watt wall mounted electric heaters with 2 thermostats. There must be interior lighting – 4’ two bulb fluorescent fixtures. The building will require 6 LED exterior lights, and be ventilated by a 180cfm through wall exhaust fan and a 250cfm through wall exhaust fan. The building must also include 6 42x48 thermopane vinyl sliding windows with screens. Additionally, the trailer will require a 16x24 foot drive through carport with a single slope, steel truss construction. ****See Salient Characteristics Document for full description and required specifications**** The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for this requirement, using LPTA source selection methodology with no discussions.
