Replace existing obsolete Honeywell FS90 Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) hardware with the Honeywell addressable XLS140/XLS3000 FACP at multiple buildings located at Fort Wainwright. Complete scope for this portion of work includes full integration of each FACP into the existing EBI R500 Life Safety System; replacement of existing conventional field devices with addressable devices; programming FACP and EBI, and testing for National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Reacceptance Testing requirements per NFPA 72, 14.4.2., to include 100% testing of all field devices. Replace smoke detector bases and reinstall smoke detectors or install Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE). Testing shall be performed on 100% of base/detectors affected by replacement per NFPA 72, 14.4.2.
