The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W912D0-20-A-0002 and is issue as a Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with multiple vendors for the purchase of Biohazard Cleaning Services at Fort Wainwright, Alaska (FWA). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide cleaning, sanitizing, and/or disinfecting services against SARS-CoV-2, and other biological hazards (including both liquid and solid biohazards) to work/living spaces in Fort Wainwright, Alaska as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement is not for basic cleaning services. It is a new requirement in response against SARS-CoV-2 that causes coronavirus disease (COVID-19), and against other biological hazards.
