SOURCES SOUGHT FOR INSPECTION OF SKI LIFTS & TOW ROPES SERVICE CONTRACT FORT WAINWRIGHT, ALASKA THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. This is a market research tool (FAR Part 10) being used to determine the potential firms capable of providing the services described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Proposal. Feedback is encouraged and appreciated. The 413th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Office Fort Wainwright Alaska, is seeking information on sources to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, other items and non-personal services necessary to perform annual inspections on ski lifts, magic carpet, and tow ropes on Fort Wainwright, AK and Black Rapids Training Area located 40 miles southeast of Delta Junction, AK. It is anticipated that if awarded, the contract will be for a base plus four option years. The contract period is anticipated to commence in the Fall of 2019. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code contemplated for this service is 541330, Engineering Services, with a size standard of $4.5M, however respondents may identify other potential NAICS codes and the reasoning to support the recommendation. This notice is not designed to discourage competition from any business interested in this requirement. Since the current capabilities must be confirmed, all eligible large and small businesses are encouraged to respond. The Government is not obligated and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this Sources Sought notice. Respondents WILL NOT be notified of the results of this sources sought survey. If and when a solicitation is issued it will be posted on www.fedbizops.gov. It is the respondent's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any synopsis or solicitation. INFORMATION REQUESTED TO BE SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT: If your organization has the potential capacity to provide the required products/systems, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, primary points of contact (POCs) and their email address, FAX, Web site address, telephone number, and type of ownership for the organization, DUNS/CAGE code and size and determination; and 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the requirements of this notice, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. All data received in response to this Sources Sought that is marked or designated as corporate or proprietary will be fully protected from any release outside the Government.
