The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and storage as required to perform all work in accordance with specifications, commercial practices and industry standards. See statement of work (SOW) and attachments for further information. A site visit will be conducted on 16 September 2019, 1:00 PM Alaska Standard Time (AKST) at BLDG 3015, Department of Public Works (DPW), Facilities Management Conference Room, Fort Wainwright, Alaska. Failure to attend the site visit listed in FAR Clause 52.236-27 in order identify obvious site conditions does not constitute a valid claim for differing or unforeseen site conditions.
