The Government is seeking a Firm Fixed Price services contract to provide recurring commercial telecommunication services to include new installations, modifications, relocations and termination of circuits and telephone lines on an as needed basis for Army installations requiring such service within the State of Hawaii which includes, but is not limited to, Tripler Army Medical Center (Oahu), Pohakuloa Training Area (Hawaii), Bradshaw Army Airfield (Hawaii), Schofield Barracks (Oahu), Wheeler Army Airfield (Oahu) and other Army locations. Services shall be performed in accordance with local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations. The contractor shall provide personnel, management, and any other items and services not government furnished to perform recurring commercial telecommunication services to include new installations, modifications, relocations and termination of circuits and telephone lines on an as needed basis. The contractor shall engineer, design solutions, and perform installations in compliance with Department of Army Regulations, cited standards and guidance to accomplish the task. The process shall identify potential risks, difficulties, design strategies, technical solutions, evaluations, and cost estimates to mitigate or avoid.
