The 921st Contract Battalion intends to issue a solicitation for the Joint Pacific Multination Readiness Center (JPMRC) 2026 to support U.S. and allied forces in the Indo-Pacific theater. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, and services including transportation, light sets, reefers, material handling equipment, showers, laundry, and dumpsters. Performance will take place at Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA) on the Big Island of Hawaii. The contract type is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Requirements contract, with a period of performance starting approximately November 2026. Evaluation will be based on technical factors, price, and past performance.
