Alaska Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC)
The Regional Contracting Office Alaska is seeking small-business contractors for a multiple-award, firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for real property repair, maintenance, and minor construction at Army installations under DPW Alaska in the State of Alaska. The requirement is set aside for small businesses and is planned as a five-year contract with a one-year base ordering period and four one-year optional ordering periods. Work will involve multiple construction disciplines, including maintenance, repair, alteration, and minor new construction, with individual projects solicited as separate task orders and competed among basic-contract awardees. Contractors must provide all equipment, tools, supervision, labor, materials, quality control, and related items necessary to safely manage and execute tasks on real property facilities and interfacing equipment. Interested contractors must be registered in SAM to be eligible for award, and all correspondence must be via email to the listed Army contacts; telephone inquiries and feedback/evaluations will not be provided.
