The U.S. Army Garrison-Hawaii requires two full-time Protestant Administrative Religious Education Coordinators to manage religious education programs, facility reservations, and community events across multiple chapels on Oahu. This is a 100% small business set-aside, firm-fixed-price contract with a five-year ordering period. Services will be performed at Aliamanu Military Reservation, Fort DeRussy, Helemano Military Reservation, and Main Post Chapel locations. The award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis, evaluating technical capability, past performance, and price. Quoters must be registered in SAM and submit electronic quotations by the specified deadline.
