The 413th Contracting Support Brigade is conducting market research and seeking sources to provide Catholic Priest Services at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii to provide military religious support activities that meet the religious requirements of Soldiers, This Sources Sought/Synopsis is requesting responses, and serves to provide notice prior to solicitation, to the following criteria that can provide the required services. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 813110 Religious Organizations”, with the corresponding size standard of $13.0 Million. The contract type is anticipated to be a Firm-Fixed Type contract type. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES: Services provided shall be conducted in accordance with Army Regulation (AR) 165-1 Army Chaplain Corps Activities. All services under this contract are to be performed by an ordained Priest of the Catholic Church who is endorsed by the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA (AMS). The Catholic Priest will provide regular and special Catholic mass, which includes daily patient pastoral care, Mass (Weekday, Weekend, Holy Day of Obligation as applicable), and on-call emergency services. All job duties, personal qualifications, and endorsements must be performed in accordance with the attached performance work statement (PWS). Interested vendors MUST be proficient in the English for all Masses, verbal, and written communication.
