This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Solicitation W912CN25QA006 will be issued on or about February 07, 2025. The Regional Contracting Office Hawaii (RCO—HI) has a requirement for preventive maintenance, replacement and repair on ductless split air conditioning systems (does not include windows). This requirement is for various U.S. Army Installations located at Schofield Barracks (SB), Wheeler Army Airfield (WAAF), Helemano Military Reservation (HMR), Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Aliamanu Military Reservation (AMR), and Fort Shafter (FS), on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Period of Performance will be for a Base plus 4 Option Year requirement. This acquisition is set aside for 100% Small Business. The applicable NAICS Code is 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors) with a size standard of $19,000,000.
