This is a non-personal services requirement to provide monthly preventive maintenance (PM) and repair services of automatic chemical wash systems, PM and inspection services on fire alarm systems and components, and cleaning of kitchen exhaust systems hoods, ducts, fans, and filters at various Army installations on the Island of Oahu and Pohakuloa Training Area and Kiluaea Military Camp (PTA/KMC), Island of Hawaii. The Contractor shall perform semi-annual PM and inspection services on fire alarm systems and components IAW the latest edition NFPA 72, National Fire Alarm and Signaling Code, technical manuals, Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 3-601-02, Operation and Maintenance: Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Fire Protection Systems, and manufacturers’ instructions. DBA Kinetix, on its fourth and final option period, period of performance (PoP) 7 February 2024 - 6 February 2025, W912CN-21-D-0008 awarded to GMB, Inc., on its third option period, PoP 1 March 2024 – 28 February 2025, and W912CN-22-C-0004, awarded to Dynamic Planning & Response, LLC., on its second option period, PoP 15 January 2024 – 14 January 2025. Contract Set aside: This action will be set aside 100% to Small Business. Contract Type and Period of Performance: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Requirement contract. The Period of Performance for the base year is estimated to be 01 Mar 2025 – 28 Feb 2026 plus four (4) one-year options. The RFQ and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO.gov). Upon release of the RFQ, potential vendors will be encouraged to submit questions and/or recommendations regarding the terms and conditions of the RFQ and/or the associated documents. All timely submissions will be reviewed and the final RFQ may contain changes as a result of any input received. No paper copies will be issued.
