Bunker (LSV 4) through the Panama Canal (West to East) as defined in this Performance Work Statement. Agent will be contacted 72 hours out from arrival to Panama Canal. CLIN 0002 is a cost reimbursable CLIN for Freshwater Surcharge which will be paid once the reciept with price paid from the Panama Canal Authority is received. The Panama Canal Authority imposes a $10,000.00 fixed fee and additional variable fee based on water level and toll fee.
