The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform passage for the USAV MG Robert Smalls (LSV 8) through the Panama Canal as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. Agent will be contacted 72 hours out from arrival to Panama Canal. CLIN 0002 is a cost reimbursable CLIN for Freshwater Surcharge which will be set at $15,000.00 and paid once the reciept with price paid is received. The Panama Canal Authority imposes a $10,000.00 fixed fee and additional variable fee based on water level.
