Inactive Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This opportunity is exclusively for certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) that meet the relevant size standard. To be eligible for award, a contractor must either be registered in the SBA's VetCert program or have a complete SDVOSB certification application pending with the SBA prior to the solicitation closing. A key administrative deadline is that any small business wishing to self-certify must have submitted a complete SDVOSB certification application to the SBA on or before December 31, 2023; otherwise, self-certification eligibility ends on January 1, 2024. The Agency will verify SDVOSB status in the VetCert system. Failure to comply with these certification procedures by the solicitation close date will render an offer nonresponsive and ineligible for award.
