This notice does not constitute a request for quote. The solicitation for this requirement is expected to be issued on/or around 24 August 2023. The contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to perform pickup and disposal of food waste at Government-owned dining facilities located at Schofield Barracks (SB), Wheeler Army Airfield (WAAF) and East Range Military Range Military Reservation on Oahu, Hawaii. Services shall be performed in accordance with Local, State, and Federal laws and regulations.
