A 413th Contracting Support Brigade customer in Guam requires Wireless service with the following Salient Characteristics: • Unlimited service to six (6) iPhone cell phones (3 already owned by customer): Service must be functional in Guam, Saipan, Hawaii, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Diego Garcia, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, the continental US, and the Philippines. Service must support the following applications required to access government email: Cisco AnyConnect, Purebred Registry, MobileIron. Reliable cell phone service with unlimited voice, text, and data and no roaming charges. E911 and LNP functionality. Provide three (3) new iPhone 13 (128 GB) devices for the total of six (6) phones. • Unlimited service to 2 iPhone cell phones. Must have reliable service and be functional on Guam. Unlimited local voice, SMS, and local data. Unlimited US calling and SMS. HD streaming. Mobile hotspot. E911 and LNP functionality. Provide the two (2) new iPhone 13 (128 GB) devices for this plan. • Three (3) Portable wifi units with 50 GB unlimited extreme data, capable of providing reliable wifi to the iPhones at each of the service locations (Guam, Saipan, Hawaii, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Diego Garcia, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, the continental US, and the Philippines). This requirement shall be a purchase order consisting of a base and four (4) option years.
