This is to be a brand name purchase, and the appropriate justification (FAR 13.106-1(b)(1))has been approved. This product can come in case configurations of 500pk, 100pk, and 1,000pk (Part numbers: 682-0353, 682-0353C, and 682-0353M). The government intends to create a BPA with a three year period for order quantities of 1,000 units. It is critical the vendor is able to do a lot hold of the sorbents to ensure the customer is delivered the same lot number for the duration of the BPA.
