The Spectrum Operations Module (SOM) is software for the Spectrum Guard PRO (SGP). It allows several SGPs to interconnect, as well as connect to the Army Program of Record Electronic Warfare Planning and Management Tool. This contract is to purchase the license keys for two (2) Spectrum Operations Modules. Electronic Warfare Planning and Management Tool (EWPMT) is the system of record supported by (REDACTED). The Spectrum Operations Module is currently the only software for the Spectrum Guard PRO. The Spectrum Guard PRO is the only equipment able to communicate with the EWPMT.
