The 413th Regional Contracting Office, Hawaii has a requirement for Base Operations Support Services on Fort Wainwright, Alaska (FWA) and its complete Area of Responsibility (AOR). This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561210, Facilities Support Services, with a small business size standard of $41.5 million. The Government is seeking a non-personal, Single-Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) services contract to provide Base Operation Support Services for the U.S. Army Garrison at Fort Wainwright, in Fairbanks, Alaska. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Fort Wainwright is located in Alaska, North Star Borough in the city of Fairbanks and consists of approximately 13,423 acres and 628 buildings. The population base consists of approximately 10,000 military, Government civilian, and Contactor personnel, as well as 9,734 resident family members. Fort Wainwright serves as Joint Force Land Component Command which supports Joint Task Force Alaska. It also provides housing for two tenants of the U.S. Army Alaska (USARAK), also known as America's Arctic Warriors, which include the 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team and the Northern Warfare Training Center. The Fort Wainwright AOR includes: Donnelly Training Area (674,128 acres), the Black Rapids Training Site (3,807 acres), the Yukon Training Area (266,891 acres), the Manchu Range and Impact Area (35.5 acres), the Digital Multipurpose Training Range (DMPTR), and the Seward Military Resort (SMR). This effort includes a complete array of facilities support maintenance and repair services for Fort Wainwright and its AOR. Additional services include but are not limited to: Fire system maintenance and repair, Solid Waste Management, Grounds Maintenance, Pavement Clearance, HVAC, Plumbing, Paved and Unpaved Surfaced Area maintenance, Wastewater, Pest Management, etc. Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents (see attachments) for further details related to this effort.
