TMC requires Temperature Controlled Outdoor Storage unit. The unit should be free-standing chemical storage and containment structure with measurements of 24’LX10’WX9H, 2 hour fire rated building (walls & ceiling/roof). It should have double doors, insulated, UL classified and self-closing. Internal spill containment floor with grafting and chemical resistant shelving. It should be capable of air conditioner unit for temperature control, proper equipment to secure unit foundation and solar array to power air conditioner. The equipment will increase storage capacity in order to meet increasing and changing production demand. It is required soonest time possible since the one in place is not enough to meet the current storage demand. The site preparation will be coordinated by TAMC facility.
