The 413th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Office Hawaii has a requirement for a contractor to provide all management, tools, transportation, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to perform waste water inspection, pumping, cleaning, treatment and disposal services for cesspools and septic tanks at Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA) and Kilauea Military Camp (KMC) Army Military Installations on the Island of Hawaii (Big Island) in the State of Hawaii. Services shall be performed in accordance with Local, State, and Federal laws and regulations and as stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is a solicitation for commercial services issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under the solicitation number W912CN22Q0022. This acquisition is being solicited as full and open competition, the applicable NAICS is 562219 and the small business size standard is $8M.
