This is a requirement to provide management, labor, supervision, tools, materials, transportation and equipment to perform pest control recurring service and service call capabilities for all USAR facilities and real property located at the U.S. Army Reserve Center, 9th MSC on Oahu. This is a non-personal services contract to provide Pest Extermination and Preventive Control throughout 9th Mission Support Command (9TH MSC), Daniel K. Inouye Reserve Complex building locations. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
