W912CN21Q0030 is issued as an invitation to Request for Quotation (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 339999 – “All Miscellaneous Manufacturing”. The size standard is 500 Employees. It is the contractor’s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition is set as a 100% small business set-aside. Description of Requirement: The Task Force Oceania at Koror, Republic of Palau, has a requirement for the purchase of Reusable Fabric Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). A specification sheet/reference material documents of the equipment and material offered to show conformance to the requested requirements. Submittal Deadline: The Offeror shall provide quotes via email to: susette.lujardolahera.mil@mail.mil and liane.leong.civ@mail.mil with the supporting documents as specified no later than 20 August 2021, 12:00 PM, HST. It is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure quotes are received and acknowledged by the Contract Specialist on or before the closing date of Monday, August 20, 2021 at 12:00 pm (Hawaii Standard Time). Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. System for Award Management (SAM).
