This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.The solicitation number is W912CN-21-Q-0023 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-96, effective 06 November 2017. This is a total small business set aside and the associated NAICS code is 334290, PSC is 5836. MANDATORY SITE VISIT SCHEDULED: 16 JULY 2021 AT 0900HRS (See Attached) Please provide your quote to the following Contracting Team by Monday, 27 July 2021, 10AM HST to be considered for this award: Pacific Land Mobile Radio – Hawaii (PLMR-HI) requires a service provider(s) with qualified personnel to replace existing physical security hardware at Fort Shafter building 1292. The servicer shall furnish necessary management, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation and other incidental services to remove existing physical security camera hardware, door access hardware, and intercom hardware, seal un-used existing entry points, purchase and professionally install new hardware, test full functionality of new hardware and provide as built documentation. All networked devices will be on a closed facility network. Service provider must provide competent hardware installers and integration personnel.
