The Contractor shall provide all management, labor, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to perform semi-annual and annual dielectric testing and load testing of high voltage equipment and exterior electrical personal equipment for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Shafter (FS) and Schofield Barracks (SB), on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. The contractor shall perform all work in accordance with all local, Federal, and State laws and regulations; and commercial standards. The contractor shall conduct electrical ground analysis testing for high voltage equipment listed below: Gloves (40 pairs) Hot Sticks (20) Line Guards (20) Sleeves (3 pairs) The contractor shall conduct electrical ground analysis testing for high voltage vehicles listed below: Four (4) bucket trucks, 60-foot capacity Five (5) bucket trucks, 40-foot capacity One (1) bucket truck, 70-foot capacity Ten (10) truck boom liners (inside the bucket of the trucks) This announcement is a Sources Sought Notice to establish market research. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP). This annoucement is to obtain information for planning purposes and not to be taken as a commitment by the Government as implied or otherwise to issue a soliciation or award a contract. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified firms relative to the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code - 541380 Testing Laboratories.
