New scope of work: The contractor shall provide all management, labor, supervision, tools, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to perform grass cutting, vegetation control, herbiciding and lanscaping to present a clean, neat, and professional appearance at Pililaau Military Range (Makua) on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii.
