This Sources Sought notice is issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this sources sought notice is strictly voluntary. Responses will not be returned. No entitlements to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges to the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses, or the Government's use of such information. This announcement is NOT a request for proposal or a Request for Quote (RFQ). All responses will be used for market analysis in determining the availability of potential businesses that may be used to determine appropriate acquisition strategy. No solicitation is being issued at this time. The 413th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Office Hawaii is seeking commercial sources to provide qualified personnel to procure and install CCTV equipment in Building 2451, Schofield Barracks, Oahu, HI. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, materials, equipment and services as stated in the Draft Statement of Work and as specified in the Draft Salient Characteristics. The NAICS proposed for this requirement is 561621. The size standard for NAICS 561621 is $20.5M. Interested vendors may submit their capability statement in writing, limited to three pages. The capability statement should be in sufficient detail to allow Government to determine the organization's related qualifications to perform the work. The statement shall also include your company's name, address, telephone number, point of contact, email address, CAGE code, DUNS number, business size (e.g. large business, small business, socio-economic status). The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement, if a requirement materializes. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. Vendor responses are requested in writing by 12 AUG 2019, NO LATER THAN 12 NOON Hawaii Standard Time (HST) via email to Edwina Katsube at email address edwina.t.katsube.civ@mail.mil. No phone calls will be accepted. No extensions to the above submittal date shall be authorized at this time. Submittals shall reference in the subject block "RFI - CCTV Equipment and Installation - 500th MIB-T, Schofield Barracks, HI". All potential offerors are reminded that in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management (SAM), lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award.
