The contractor will provide personnel, management, and other items/services for engineering design, cable plant installation, telecom room remediation, fiber/copper installation and repair, and SIPRNET/NIPRNET cabling. Network planning and engineering will include site surveys, requirements analysis, and secure architecture design compliant with DISA STIGs and DoD enterprise standards. Deliverables include Engineering Installation Plans, Bills of Materials, updated Network Topology Diagrams, and draft System Security Plans. Government review and approval will occur at Initial Design Review and Final Design Review, culminating in an Authority to Proceed before any physical installation or network integration.
